- Creates Purchase Orders and Contracts using SAP Ariba
- Manages administrative tasks for all related processes
- Assists the line manager in executing policies and department strategies
- Assists in implementing the centralized procurement function in the company
- Prepares, maintains, and distributes various reports (such as spend analysis) for the team and management
- Contributes with ideas to implement cost-saving opportunities
- Assists in vendor evaluations, pre-qualifications, and selections.
