Functional Duties:
- Participate in all requirements gathering sessions with business proponents.
- Conducts business process analyses, understands business requirements, and Identifies and evaluates alternative solutions.
- Develops functional specifications that are provided to developers and other technical contributors to guide programming and other technical tasks.
- Understanding Business Requirements Translate them into formal requirements and design documents, establish specific solutions, and lead the efforts including programming and testing that culminate in client acceptance of the results.
- Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy.
- Reviews system test plans and results of system integration testing before initiating user acceptance testing.
- Work with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; use scenarios to assist the end-user in acceptance testing.
- Work with the QA team to ensure testing of solutions is thorough and appropriate, and that all requirements are met.
- Provide level-3 production support for systems within the domain of expertise.
- Fully understand the integration of his/her respective module with other SAP modules and the financial impacts within modules.
