Front Desk Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
Undoubtedly, Receptionists work for companies, salons, hotels, hospitals, schools, and other top organizations. As a Front Desk Office Receptionist, you must be polite, friendly, and maintain a warm smile, as you will be the first one to make eye contact with the company’s clients. Your responsibilities include greeting clients, addressing their inquiries, inviting them to have a seat, ensuring their comfort, and routing calls to the appropriate employee using PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange).
