► The first position chosen for Rixos Gulf is the Sales and Marketing Department. The section is in charge of marketing the hotel to customers to experience an increase from their guests every year. It also relates to guests using Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha facilities. For these reasons, several positions are needed for this department, such as Revenue Manager.
► This position contributes to room revenue through inventory management and its rates. In addition, overseeing the hotel’s revenue management and distribution strategy in day-to-day operations is essential. It requires good interpersonal skills, adaptive influence, and supervisory control. - Engineering and Maintenance
► This department is responsible for handling maintenance and repair of all tools and machinery in the hotel if there is a breakdown. One of the positions required is Maintenance Manager to involve Operation & Maintenance of all rides and attractions. This position requires candidates with a minimum of 4 years of hotel or resort experience. - Culinary
► The next promising career is in the culinary department directly related to food service. Executive chefs are required to improve kitchen operations and ensure exceptional product delivery. That is why the candidate Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha must have experience and skill Minimum 10 years progressive career in luxury hotels. - Finance
